The Kalahari

The cosy Augrabies Backpackers Kalahari room sleeps 2 guests. It comes equipped with a small self-catering kitchenette. All the basics, including coffee, tea, milk, sugar and sweetner are provided. For your convenience we offer a daily dishwashing service.  The safe parking space in front of your room with private entrance, away from the main house, makes it easy for you to come and go as you please. You will have access to the sparkling pool, self service laundry and other amenities.

For some extra fun, why don’t you try your hand at milking a goat for your breakfast cereal or help us feed the kids (baby goats). You will also be able to purchase any of our seasonal in stock products, like eggs, milk, various cheeses, fruit, vegetables and salads which you can freshly harvest yourself.

Besides the entertainment and activities at Augrabies Backpackers, our surrounding areas offer many tourist attractions and sights that you simply have to see. Make sure you stay long enough to visit the breathtaking Augrabies falls and national park, Riemvasmaak, die Pienk Padstal, Die Mas, take a fishing trip on the river, etc. You will definitely not be bored during your stay!
