Cancellation & Refund Policy

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. No deposit, no booking. After making a booking you will have 24 hours in which to make the deposit. If the deposit is not received within that time, your tentative booking will be cancelled and your accommodation may be booked for a different guest.

The balance of your booking will be due on arrival. 

By taking your reservation, we agree to keep a room/s tent or camp site available to you, to the exclusion of all others, for the dates you have requested. In return, we rely on guests who have made reservations in advance to give us fair notice of cancellation.

Personal details requested on booking are for inhouse use and are not shared with any 3rd party except where we make enquiries for and on your behalf at another establishment.

Refunds are not provided in the event of early check-outs or no-shows.

In the event that a booking is cancelled (in writing via email or whatsapp) for any reason, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:

Booking cancelled 2 days or less before arrival or after check-in – Forfeit the full amount (deposit plus balance will be due and payable).

No-shows – 100% of deposit as well as balance of quoted rate up to 3 days

3-7 days – 100% of deposit. 

8-14 days – 50% of deposit

15-30 days – 25% of deposit

31 days or more – Full refund on deposit paid

In in the event that a guest does not arrive on the stated date, the full value of the quoted rate will be due (up to a maximum of three days).

Departures prior to the booked departure date will attract full payment of the quoted rate for the originally-booked dates (up to a maximum of 3 days in addition to the number of days the guest has already stayed).
